The IQS believes in the necessity of cultivating sport practice between their students. The student can choose between diverse sport disciplines, and the sport can be carried out under advantageous conditions in the facilities of IQS or in the University Ramon Llull, Nou Can Caralleu Sport Complex.

The teams of IQS participate in sport competitions of both national and European scope; among the competitions is the UNIJES trophy in which teams from university centres of the Company of Jesus in Spain participate.
